HOW DO I SET UP SERVICE?
I will arrange for a free initial consultation in your home.  I will be able to meet you and your animals.  I will take detailed notes about caring for your pets and your home.  We will go over the contract and the key exchange policy.


CAN YOU GIVE MEDICATIONS?
I am able to give medications, insulin, and subcutaneous fluids.

WHAT IF I NEED SERVICE AT THE LAST MINUTE?
I will do the best to accommodate you.


HOW WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES AND WHEN DO I PAY?
50% of the payment is due at the time of booking or on the first day of service.  I accept cash or checks.


WHAT DO I DO ONCE I RETURN HOME?
Please call at any hour and leave a message of your safe return

WHAT IF I AM OUT OF TOWN AND NOT ABLE TO RETURN ON THE SCHEDULED DATE?
Simply call the business number and update me on your return and I will return your call to confirm the update.
